Hello

So ....
I have just been out to see the girls. We are all trying to watch our weight. Having spoken to both them and my Mum I feel like I can do it. I have been trying to lose for about 6 weeks by watching my diet and going to the gym but it feels like measures that have previously worked are not working now. Maybe it's my medication or maybe it's my metabolism but no excuses, I am going to have to try harder. So this is my blog and hopefully will follow my weight loss journey. I am currently reading a book called emotional intelligence which will hopefully help me manage my emotions without turning to food for comfort!!

These are my pledges to myself
1) honour my body - eat clean and lean
2) strictly no alcohol (she says after 3 drinks)
3) exercise through the pain
4) share my emotions and learnt to manage them
